Meet The Team

Since Olico's inception, Eric has been the lead on major business activities including land acquisitions, investor and stakeholder relationships, company finances and business operations.

Tasked with special assignments, Marise oversees tenant relationships, project specs, and provides support to the team. 

Charlene oversees accounting and finances for several projects. She is in charge of creating financial models, handling our purchase orders, summaries, records and more.

Kateryna handles filing and office management responsibilities, as well as managing our communication and client relationships. 

Ketan joined Olico in 2022 and has very quickly become an integral part of the team, managing multiple concurrent projects and overseeing business development for Olico.

Nathan has overseen the construction of various projects for Olico, everything from custom homes, to condos, to multi-family residences. He has years of experience working with tradespeople and supervising the construction stage of projects.

Mavis is responsible for overseeing the construction of our multifamily project in Embrun, ON, having joined the team in September 2025. Her expertise and leadership ensure that the project progresses smoothly and meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. Mavis is dedicated to creating a thriving community for future residents

Pritam maintains communication between the office and construction sites. He expertly manages contracts, takeoffs, and material orders to ensure everything runs seamlessly. With his attention to detail, Pritam ensures that all aspects of the project are coordinated smoothly.
