Loux Landing II was part of a 3 phase development in the Township of Russell, ON. Olico Builders Inc oversaw the entire lifecycle of the project from land procurement, development, pre-construction, construction and construction closeout. This turnkey multi-family project encompassed 35 units and 16 underground parking spots.
